Under no circumstances will the Auctioneers be held responsible for damage incurred by the packing and handling of sold lots and therefore any claims will be made solely by the purchaser.
Overseas Buyers; due to the recent changes to import and export of goods from the UK and customs charges we cannot guarentee being able to post overseas. We are unable to post to the Republic of Ireland due to customs issues. (We can still post by Royal Mail Special Delivery to Northern Ireland.)
We cannot post any ivory items or items containing ivory elements to the USA and are unable to assist in the acquisition of relevant export licenses. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure prior to bidding that they are able to obtain the necessary paperwork.

✔ Small, lightweight (under 2kg) and non-fragile items by Royal Mail only. Products must fit in within 30cm x 30cm x 30cm packaging or smaller. There is a minimum in-house packing charge of £12 to £20. We aim to pack within 3 weeks.
If a request for in-house Pack & Post has been received and we have completed the packing if that service is then declined we reserve the right to charge £5 unpacking fee to cover the time and materials used.
Buyers may send their own materials with postage attached, for which we make a £5 charge.
